Fatal Montgomery County Accident Due To Unsafe Speed May Pit Brother Vs Family Member Exclusion

Thursday, December 27, 2012, Adrian James Hernandez (age 18) of Conroe, Texas was the latest victim of people driving at unsafe speeds in rainy weather. Santa Fe Car Accident Leaves Two Dead

  On Friday, October 19, 2012, a west-bound Chevy truck driven by Charles Orsak (29) rear-ended a jeep driven by Sharon Zakkizadeh (65) on Highway 6 in Santa Fe, Texas.  Zakkizadeh was ejected fro the jeep upon impact.  The jeep was knocked forward into oncoming traffic where it collided with a Honda driven by Joseph Seymour (58). Saturday, October 6, 2012, A New York bound tour bus from Toronto, Canada, overturned on an exit ramp on Interstate 80 in Wayne, New Jersey and went down an embankment coming to rest on its side. 23 passengers and the driver sustained injuries in the wreck, with eight of them listed as being in critical condition.
