The Houston International Festival kicks-off on April 21, 2012 and features a Latin American theme this year and features over 80 performers bringing Latin music and dance alive.  Argentina is the spotlight of this year's festival which promises an awesome blend of music, dance, culture and cuisine.   The festival runs April 21-22 and April 28-29.
